She was so sweet, humble, and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She did my helix and second lobe piercings, and honestly I was surprised at how smooth it went. I barely felt any pain or pressure at all. She kept guiding me through everything, checked on me during the process, and explained the aftercare really nicely. She even gave me saline from her own supplies, which I really appreciated. You can genuinely tell she cares about people and loves what she does. I’m so happy with my piercings and would definitely recommend Lexi to anyone thinking about getting pierced.
